Warranties are applicable only under normal gym conditions and under expert supervision.

Seller must mention the buyer's GST Number in the tax invoice to enable the buyer to claim GST input credit.
Buyers are advised to provide their GST Number before the tax invoice is generated.
Taxes are applicable as per Government rules prevailing on the delivery date.
Notify immediately if any mathematical or typing error is found in the quotation or proforma invoice.
After the warranty period expires, warranty claims and obligations shall cease.
Delivery shall be made as per the issued Purchase Order.
Delivery schedule may change due to public holidays or weekly off.
If the buyer fails to take delivery within the stipulated period mentioned in the Purchase Order/Proforma Invoice/Quotation, delivery may be delayed by *60 days*.
Stabilizer must be provided during treadmill installation; otherwise, the treadmill warranty will be void.
